Payed for rushed service it's been 13 days and still no product

I purchased two sticks of 8gb to replace two sticks of 4gb. However, after installing the new memory I found that I still only had 8gb total. Calling tech support wasn't helpful since I couldn't get a live person. I re-examined my installation and found one of the sticks was not pushed in all the way. Problem fixed, works fine.

Memory card didn't work. Never heard back from company

Carried memory that is not available just about anywhere else except Amazon. I don't like buying from Amazon if I can help it. Shipping was fast.

This company can improve by double checking quality and Quality Control Dept. This memory purchased recently from you shows 17 errors, please stop selling damaged memory modules.

The memory I ordered ended up not fitting my desktop PC. I have tried over 10 times to call and email Computer Memory Solutions to get a return authorization. None of my calls have been returned and none of my emails have been answered. Unacceptable customer service! Boooooo!

I ordered 2x RAM memory upgrades from CMS after finding they had the best offer out there. Ordering process was smooth and easy and in a few steps my order was confirmed. Shipping from US to Europe? No problem, fast, tracked and reliable. RAMs arrived, got installed and everything works perfectly. Thank you CMS for an enjoyable customer experience. If I should make just one improvement suggestion - I found the packaging a little too sensitive (just a padded A5 envelope) and risky. Should a heavier object be placed on top during transit or handling it would have most likely damaged the RAMs. As mentioned, this is only an improvement suggestion, my overall experience with CMS was grade A. I would definitely recommend.

I wonder if this is a legit business and if I was scammed. I paid for overnight shipment a week ago. No shipping notice. They won't reply to emails and they don't answer their phone.
