Customer support is responsive

Good Experience With Computer dukan And 100% Trusted

NO PROPER RESPONSE. IF WE ARE IN URGENCY BECAUSE OF OUR WORK, DON'T BUY PRODUCT FROM COMPUTERDUKAN. THEY WON'T RESPOND PROPERLY. THEY WILL RESPOND ON THEIR LEISURE TIME. DON'T KNOW THEIR SOFTWARE WORKS OR NOT, BUT AFTER PAYING THEM, THEY DIDN'T RESPOND PROPERLY AND I BOUGHT ANOTHEREDITING SOFTWARE FROM AMAZON AND SUDDEN RESPONSE GOT ON AUGUST 4TH. AFTER THAT I ASK FOR REFUND FROM COMPUTERDUKAN, AT THAT TIME ON AUGUST 15TH AFTER ASKING REFUND THEY WHATSAPP ME SOFTWARE LINK AND TELLING REFUND NOT POSSIBLE. SEE HOW CRUCKED THEY ARE!! TO COMPUTERDUKAN: IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO DO BUSINESS, PLEASE LEAVE, THERE ARE OTHER PLAYERS IN MARKET WHO GAVE BETTER SERVICE, CUSTOMER'S TIME AND MONEY ALSO HAVE VALUE, DON'T BE IRRESPONSIBLE AND CHEAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS, MAYBE YOU ARE NOT CHEATING. BUT THINK CUSTOMER REQUIRES SERVICE ON-TIME, NOT AFTER ALL THE CUSTOMERS WORK GOT OVER WITH THE HELP OF OTHER SOURCE, THEN WHAT IS THE NEED OF YOU PEOPLE AND YOUR SOFTWARE, PLEASE NOTE - FOR EVERYONE TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN MONEY.

I recently purchased Wondershare Filmora from Computer Dukan because they advertised it at a very low price. After receiving the download link, I downloaded the software from the official Filmora website using the activation they provided. However, within a day, the software stopped working. Windows Defender detected it as unsafe and blocked it from launching, which strongly suggests that the activation provided was not legitimate. Based on my experience, I believe I was sold an unauthorised or cracked version of the software instead of a genuine licence. Selling pirated software is illegal in India, and customers should be extremely cautious of such offers. I have already filed complaints with the Cyber Crime Cell and the National Consumer Helpline/Consumer Forum, and I hope to recover my money through the proper legal process. I am sharing this review only to warn other customers. Please think twice before purchasing software from Computer Dukan, especially if the price seems too good to be true. Buying genuine software from authorised sellers is always the safer option. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
