I think your Customer Care to be excellent. The one problem I had, had nothing to do with you or your company. It had to do with the shipping company. Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future.
