Best customer experience I’ve ever had.
A+++ customer service. Prior to purchase, Seller made SURE we knew we were purchasing a refurbished unit to set our expectations. Awesome. Upon arrival, the unit was functional, but had an issue that neither seller nor we had been aware of. Seller guaranteed a refund, found another unit of the same make/model in better condition, and sent with expedited delivery with a credit for hassle. Unbelievable responsiveness. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience and look forward to future transactions with this seller. Highly reliable, extremely responsive. Can’t say enough good about my experience here. I can say with confidence that if a buyer has any issues with their purchase, this seller will make it right.
