I was unable to use Sigvaris donning gloves because they did not grab hose effectively and the wrist was so large the gloves rolled off my hand. A call to an irritable and demanding rep resulted in a refusal to refund my postage from them and my postage back to them. When they received the gloves, they emailed me I had exceeded the 30 day return period (of which I was NOT informed) and would receive no part of my total $41.98 cost. I have never been treated so unkindly or unfairly before in my long history of buying such products. Will never use again!

I ordered the socks through the company's website and paid through PayPal. I received confirmation that the order was received and my bank account was debited. After 7 days, instead of receiving the ordered and paid items, I received a message from Compression store that my transaction is suspicious (???) and to send them my credit card number and CVV code (!!!). I replied that I paid via PayPal precisely for security reasons so as not to reveal my confidential information. The company then canceled my order because I refused to provide them with my card number and CVV security code, otherwise they could charge my card without my knowledge and approval. This looks like a fraudulent attempt to steal confidential data, so pay attention if you receive such requests, it is an illegal and criminal act.

Total ripoff if you need to make a return. I got half back of what I paid.
