I ordered 4 knee sleeves for my daughter. In the website they were advertised as the FLA orthopedics SAFE-T-SPORT variety. I was shipped 4 Actimove sleeves that actually hurt my daughter's knee. I reached out to get a return label based on misleading information on the website and they falsely claimed that it was stated that the Actimove sleeve had substituted for the SAFE-T-SPORT sleeve. I wrote back with the exact wording on the website and nowhere on there was what they had stated. They denied me a refund and a return label and said that I need to pay to return these items. This is awful business practice and I will do my best to post this negative review on all the business review sites that I can find. They are rated F by the BBB and at least a few other customers have filed similar complaints.

Purchase was easy and 10% off was great. Have to receive them first to rave!

past service has been really good

READ the shipping policy... says NOT responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen! They offer no assistance, customer service is non-existent... Was told “you need to call the shipping service / post office yourself”. Ordered product for an elderly family member, I can’t imagine the elderly having to deal with an inconsiderate company like this. I’ll NOT be ordering from them again!! Would not be surprised if go out of business in the customer focused service centered business environment of our world because of their appalling customer service.

I sent unused , unopened socks back within 15 days and they would not return my money. Only store credit. The 15 days start counting from the day you place the order, not when you receive it.
