I purchased 2 pair Activa brand thigh high stockings as follows: H3202 Activa Graduated Therapy unisex thigh highs uni-band top 20-30 mmhg Options: Size & Color: Medium Beige - H3202 2 $31.25 $62.50 which shipped to me 12/31/2015. They were packaged separately in clear plastic and sent in a plastic mailer. I wore one pair and was not happy with the top band...I like Jobst brand better, so I contacted Compressionsale.com about returning the pair I had not worn, or even opened. I just wanted store credit so I could purcase another pair of Jobst brand. Today I got my return package back! It had been refused, even though they had opened it and read the email exchanges I had enclosed with their permission to return the unopened pair of stockings. I just got off the phone with Compressionsale.com customer service who said my package was refused because I had not returned the original box...but the original package was not a box! It was a plastic mailer with cellophane packs inside! The cellophane package I returned had not been opened, but still cannot be returned. I do really like the Jobst brand, but am thoroughly dismayed by rude, and unreasonable conduct displayed by the customer service representative at Compressionsale.com

I was thoroughly pleased with my first experience shopping on this site. They had an abundant selection of products from which to choose, and pricing was extremely reasonable. I also had a few questions, which they were more than happy to answer over the phone, and I definitely didn't have to wait on hold for minutes at a time. I was helped immediately, and service was expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Upon checking out, I opted for the free shipping option (which I was very happy to see), and my order came in a mere 4 days. Everything about my experience was positive, and I really don't see much they could change. They will be getting my business again, very soon!

I was very surprised at how easy it was to get my questions answered, on this site. It was really unlike any e-commerce site I've been to. I just typed my questions into the IM box, and a REAL person got back to me almost immediately. This is a large company, with a small business mentality, which is really something that suck out with me. Anyway, the customer service, was efficient, informative, and welcoming. All great things!

I called the company because by computer cursor was not working on the site. A customer agent, Travis, answered the phone. No recordings. No waiting. I was referred to this company by someone who uses their products for his prosthetic leg. I found Travis to be exceptionally polite and personable, knowledgeable about the products, intelligent and educated about my particular medical needs regarding compression hosiery. I asked where he was located, since customer service can be located anywhere on the planet. He said Vernon Hills, Illinois, near Chicago. He said he was the last person in the office, and he was a little tired...part of our conversation. It was 5:30 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. He finalized by helping me ship my order to another location, since I will be travelling next week. I haven't had such a pleasant ordering experience ever!

I have just started wearing compression garments and had NO IDEA what I was doing. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who walked me thru the whole process, from determining compression level to sizing to the patterns/colors I wanted. I will definitely buy from them again with confidence!

Poor service online... product box completely smashed and torn for only sent in a flimsy non supportive bag.
