RETURNS are AWFUL!! Website not great!
What the staff e-mails you to do is DIFFERENT than what the website says, and Return fees are outrageous!!! Also, there was a snafu with the website last week making the process even more difficult. My mother is never going to order from this company again! There is also a problem if you order with PayPal - leave one thing out and payment info goes blank and you have to start all over - not this way with other companies' websites! AND I had to zoom out to get the bottom of this little survey to show on the screen - company definitely needs a vetter webmaster or website company!
