It is so nice to be able to get two pair of Jobst stockings for nearly the price of one!

The Short story to sum it up: They say they offer fast and free shipping, they do not. If your order is on backorder they do not tell you. They say they will Match prices, they will not. I asked them to give me a price adjustment for a product that I found cheaper and they said We cannot do that. They claim that they have fast and easy returns however when I inquired about returning a product they told me that they offer exchanges only and this had been there policy for a long time . They will not even cancel an order for you before they ship it. Do yourself a favor and check out rip off report and the Better Business Bureau. They have many complaints on rip off report and they have a rating of F at the Better Business Bureau. Thank you have a great day My full complaint: I placed my order 12/27. I called 1/3 to check on my order and I was told that it was back ordered by a week and therefore I would not be able to receive my package for two weeks. This upset me being as I needed my stockings immediately due to vein issues and an upcoming surgery, I asked the person if she can honor a faster shipping method due to the problem and she said no that it would be shipped out to me via the method that I chose. With the thought in mind that I wouldn't be receiving my package for another two weeks, which is after my surgery I went ahead and ordered from another website and purchased stockings from them for $10 cheaper and had them shipped expedited. I then called Compressionsale back , and asked to have my order canceled, at this time I was told my order cannot be canceled because it had already shipped and I asked how can that be possible, I was just told that it was on backorder. I asked her to at least honor a Price adjustment being that the company advertised a lowest price guarantee and I had found them cheaper elsewhere, which I ordered because of their error. She replied with I cannot do that. I asked her why can she not do that when it's clearly advertised "Low price guarantee" and "we'll beat any price." She claims that this cannot be honored with Juzo product. However the disclaimer is posted right above the juzo logo on my order confirmation. When I look back at the tracking information. I can see based on the timestamp that my order was not filled and shipped until after I spoke with all the customer service agents. Therefore I was misinformed that my order had already been shipped and I believe that they could have easily canceled my order and they should have because I requested it. 1/4 I called once more to ask about returns, because I have ordered from elsewhere that will get here sooner and began to ask if I would be responsible for any fees. The Girl, very rudely , immediately said she remembered me from the day before and told me that they do not accept returns but only exchanges and that this has been the policy for a long time. I told her that is not what it says on the website and she was very short with me. My experience has been horrible and I did not receive any of these advertised offers of "fast and free shipping" lowest price guarantee" or we'll best any price. Now they want to make my return complicated. During one of these calls I asked to speak to management and I was told I couldn't and the only way was to to email them. She provided me an incorrect email address for management. Luckily I payed with PayPal and I filed a report with them.

My ankles are not swelling as much since I started using Therafirm stockings

My husband needed Juzo compression stockings as the ones he had were no longer effective. I ordered several pair but they were longer than the ones my husband had previously. They were uncomfortable. I tried to return them for a refund but was told that Juzo stockings could only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Had I known this up front, I would not have ordered 4 pair until I was sure they would work for my husband's Lymphedema. Not happy!
