Spend your money elsewhere, don't support deceptive business practices....

After reading my review hopefully you question doing business with CompressionSale.ccom. Spend your money at an honest business who values their customers. I've been shopping here for 2 years , and tolerating the rude customer service representatives because of the low prices. Up until 2 weeks ago I' had never been charged shipping for any purchase regardless of the amount spent. However, on my last 2 orders I was charged $3.95 shipping for each order, and it was done without my knowledge. When I called to complain, I said I was not aware of their shipping charges because thei email ad I received,nsoliciting my business, said in 3 different places on the page "Free shipping on all orders". I even provided proof of the email. Neither representative addressed my issue of thier deceptive business practice but instead provided me with a description of the shipping policy which states a $ 3.95 charge on all orders under $39.99. I was further informed that the shipping policy is clearly stated on ads and on the website. I had even provided proof that this was incorrect but still no refund given. When I mentioned the shipping charges were never reflected when I confirmed my purchase through PayPal, again I was dismissed and told I was incorrect. This predatory type of treatment shows me that this company only cares about the money in the moment and not about continued service or repeated business. Buyer beware...

Free shipping is available on orders of $39 and up, it is stated within our shipping policy. I do apologize for the inconvenience, however our shipping costs are the lowest compared the every company. And we had to change our prices to stay competitive within the marketplace. I do hope you order from us in the future.
