I expected a better discount over this holiday week but instead the prices have gone up since last December.

I purchased 4 pairs of compression socks from this company. I did not wear any of these socks - it was apparent when I opened the box that the socks would not fit me. I returned them, and asked the company to send me a larger size (which were the SAME PRICE ON THEIR WEBSITE). They sent me a notice that the socks were worn. That is completely absurd. When I received the socks, there was no packaging in which the socks were placed (I also had no way of knowing whether or not someone had previously worn these socks). Unless this company has a method that they use to analyze whether or not socks have been worn (DNA analysis, biology based methods, presence of some type of biological entity like hair, sweat, fluids, smell, etc.) - the company should not accuse the customer unless they have such methods. Only one pair of socks was sent in exchange for FOUR PAIRS OF SOCKS THAT I ORDERED! The replacement socks that I ordered were the same price as the ones that I had returned, but I only received 1 pair of socks! I paid for the shipping back of each of the socks that I had purchased. I then asked that they return the socks that I had sent them, and I will send the sock that was sent to me. No response. This company does not value me as a customer. They did not provide good customer service to me. They did not honor their commitments for the product. They did not honor returns - they took 4 pairs of socks in exchange for 1 pair. They unfairly accused me of wrongdoing when I had not done that specific wrongdoing, and they had no proof of what they were claiming.

High quality socks at a fair price.
