DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I accidentally ordered 2 pair (boxes), returned one for a ridiculously high restocking fee. I returned them within the 15 day window by my calculation (arrived the 11th, returned to PO the 22..because they arrived to their facility the 28th they will only grant store credit. Apparently Saturday and Sunday counts for this company and not the postmark on the item. "MAX" who claims to be a manager rudely told me to do the math

Terrible customer service, product originally ordered did not work for us and they sent the wrong exchange order, overcharged for shipping, customer has to pay exorbitant costs to ship the product back and then pay full shipping for the exchange order although it qualified for free shipping. On top of all that, the wrong exchange order was sent despite the fact that I emailed customer service twice, spoke with a rep on the phone.and wrote a note about my exchange order on a form that I needed to send back with the original purchase. In addition, they make it virtually impossible to unsubscribe from their incessant emails. I was removed from their email list only after filing a complaint with customer service. Deal with this company at your own peril.

Very strict return policy, you can't get a refund if you tried on an item. But how will you know if the product is a fit if you don't try it on? Won't recommend to anyone

I ordered two pair (4 anklets individually priced) of the Therafirm Unisex Open Toe Support Anklet SOLD AS SINGLE, 20-30 mmHgTherafirm Unisex When I tried them on (I DID NOT wear) I tried to exchange them for a larger size. I had to send them back at my own expense and then they told me that they would not reimburse my shipping and that I had to pay to have the larger size sent out to me. They would not return them because they couldn't sell them. They were NEW and had never been worn. I said well just return them and they said that the could only give me a store credit less the 25% restocking fee. I am out of around $30 of my own money plus I have a due bill. DO NOT do business with this family owned business. I simply wanted an exchange!!!

Returned stockings for an exchange to a medium. Was told the item had increased in price since first ordered and already paid for. In addition, there was a $6.95 reshipment charge. This was in addition to the $5.00 I paid to send the package for exchange. I should have not been charged for any price increase. I asked for a refund. Yes, I lost money on this deal but I won't ever do business with Compressionsale.com again. They just like to squeeze out money at every opportunity. Beware.

Ordered large stockings,received one labeled large but could not get it on. Immediately returned for xchange. Now,charged an additional $11 for shipping. I paid $5.00 to return the socks. So now I am out almost $50.00 for stockings I may or may not be using. Considered a medical device so can’t be resold!! Beware before u order that shipping is not free and credit card will not be credited. Exchange and store credit only. Write this company off.

I ordered 3 compression sleeves, (total cost close to $300) of different sizes. I tried one on for about 6 hours and realized, tho the size was OK, the fabric irritated my lymphedemic arm . I did not open the other 2 sleeves. I have gotten the runaround every time I contacted "customer service." The website says EZ returns : "products that are new and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged for up to 180 days following purchase date." I contacted customer service within a week but was told "The unworn Juzo items we can take back for an exchange or store credit" -- not refund. Now they tell me there are no refunds from manufacturer JUZO . In the fine print on the website, there's a listing of almost 19 plus manufacturers that Compression Sale won't refund on , even if in original package. This covers practically every product. I will never use this website again and I encourage others to boycott too.
