Compose.lyReviews of compose.ly

I've been a freelance writer for five years, and over the past year, Compose.ly has become my favorite company with which to work. I've recently received my 250th project from them, and this review is a celebration of that milestone! The projects are interesting, the editors provide excellent feedback that helps me grow as a writer, and the company culture is welcoming and engaging. On the rare occasions that a complication has arisen, I always get a resolution within 24 hours. I look forward to continuing to work with Compose.ly in the future!

I've been with Compose.ly for just over a year and a half, and it's by far one of the best companies I've worked with. Any time I've had a question, I've received prompt feedback, and the community is, overall, friendly and helpful.

Compose.ly is my go-to for long form content. I’ve trusted them with some my most strategic organic content plays for years now. Their writers are dependable, attentive, fast, skilled, and adaptive — attributes you don’t see with most content resources. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone in need of skilled copywriters.

Compose.ly writers are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me complete six SEO-optimized articles to launch our content strategy. It was immensely helpful getting to outsource it. We have received such positive feedback on these pieces as well. Highly recommend! They were lifesavers.

Compose.ly's online interface is fast, easy and fun! The writers are responsive and skilled. The revisions are collaborative and the turn around time is hard to beat.

When I first look at the interface of Compose.ly to submit a project, I understood that they know what they're talking about. From the beginning, I had a good feeling. Then I was connected with my Content Writer, and less than 3 days later, I had the first draft of my first piece of content. The result was above my expectation for this first test, I just had a few comments, and the interface makes it very easy to drop some comments (like in Google Docs), and I was even able to LiveChat with the Writer on their website. I'm pleased about the experience and will try again for sure.

I hired Compose.ly to work on the copywriting for three different businesses of mine. They were always on-point and on time. The team there genuinely dive into your business. The content that is produced reads like it was written from an expert within your own company. They were also very patient with me. My days can get eaten up by workload, and I'm often slow to reply to requests or questions. Douglas and the team at Compose.ly never made me feel guilty about that, and worked around my schedule. They were especially good to work with during COVID when it seemed like everything was falling apart. If you're reading this and considering working with them, close the tab and go talk to them. You'll be in great hands. Trust and clarity are virtues in a time like these, where many companies use doublespeak, spend their efforts on marketing instead of delivery, or solely think about the bottom line. You'll find trust and clarity with them in addition to the quality content they produce.
