I'm so glad I found this site. There was no way I could afford a lawyer. You guys lessened the pain of this awful process. The amount of paperwork is overwhelming and even though there was problems with the paperwork, your staff was very prompt to help and fixed all issues very quickly. I am very happy with the great customer service and will not hesitate to recommend this site to anyone going through this rough time. Thank you!

Richard White was my customer service rep and he explained the process of the company to me very clearly. He was very patient and polite. He made this whole process very simple and easy for me. If it wasn't for Richard I wouldn't have filed with this company because I was unsure.

Most of people might be coming here who does not know anything about this legal procedures, just like me. Need more instructions, information and live consultation. When to sign papers, when to notorize papers, sequence of steps in order. Period it takes (average). Time it takes to complete the procedures. I filed divorce in first week of September, 2014, still, I don't know how long it will take. It is no-context divorce. More information can help to plan for the next relationship, etc. Most of the information must be standard, if you prepare once and can be provided to thousands of people same information.

The papers you have for the state of MN are incorrect. I have had to send them in twice due to items that were not printed on the papers. There was no appropriate spot for the notary to sign. It has been a huge disappointment and my case has been drawn out so much longer. I should have just contacted the state of MN and got the correct papers from them to begin with. I could have saved the money I spent for this divorce service that did nothing for me.

I would recommend this to anyone. My only disappointment was the fact that Florida requires an additional parenting class for divorce with children. I was not aware of this. When I went in to submit my paper work I ended up delaying the process about 1 month. If I knew this ahead of time I would have had that parenting class done, and the process would not have been delayed. Over all everyone is helpful, and answered questions, and even helped me change paper work when I was confused. Thank you!!!!!

Although the documents I received were not satisfactory for the courts, completecase affiliates that handled my situation were great in assisting me throughout the process and did offer a full refund. Excellent customer service.

The legal papers that Complete Case provided was on point. I had no problems when submitting it to the court and before the Judge for my pro se proceedings.
