very good company

It is rare, very rare that I rate anything poorly!! There were errors on my file (which opened with a Pennsylvania label to file when I am filing in Kentucky. Were Kentucky forms). I requested the errors be fixed and also that CompleteCase create the Joint Motion for Re-submission that my Judge asked for. They said they would fix errors and did, but did not send to me the joint motion. I called and asked again. Waited a day and called to ask what the status was. I was told they did not have a form and that I would have to talk to the court and see if they had a template or something I could use to create one. I asked. The court did not and could not give me advice. I was left to try to make one up that would cover legally our re-submission of the corrections and that my husband and I would both have to notarize. Looked all over internet for something to use and found no template. Took a bit of my time! Found a definition of what a Joint Motion for a submission is and so now hopefully what I "made up" will work. I thought CompleteCase was complete.
