Buyer Beware
I ordered a item for Christmas on 11/25. I checked the tracking info provided a number of times and there were no updates. By mid December, I reached out the company and received an email saying that the product did not meet their standards so it had to be "to remake it to ensure you receive the best product possible. We are currently expediting the process." The website has two addresses listed, one in CA and one in WI. However, the tracking info on the email I received brought me "Yun Express China Fulfillment and Global Shipping". As of December 24th, it was still in mainland China. Terrible customer service. I cannot comment on the product because I have not received it but I did pay for it so who knows if it will ever come.
