Thanks for the feedback about the quotes you received. You are 100% right that it's very challenging sometimes to know the relative value of one home warranty provider's plan versus another one from a different provider. Plan prices can sometimes appear cheaper but prove to be more expensive after considering expenses such as annual and lifetime caps on service costs, individual service call fees, and other additional costs that don't become clear until you read all of the contract details. We hope you decided on the plan that will work best for you, but if you still need assistance then please feel free to send us your questions. Our service email is [email protected].

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Shawna. We matched you with three companies that cover your area. It's possible that the email address we provided to them was not correct. If you would contact us at [email protected], we could verify your contact information and ask those companies to please provide you with quote information. If you no longer require help with finding a home warranty then please accept our sincere apology for not delivering the quotes you needed in a timely manner.

If you'll provide us with the email addresses you received email from, at [email protected], we will contact each home warranty company sending you email and request more information about their email frequency. You should have received an email from each company you agreed to receive a quote from, and you should have received a welcome email from us, as well as the request for feedback that led you here. But your inbox should never have been flooded with email. We take matters related to our website visitors' experiences with our quote delivery services very seriously, and would like to help fix the problem for you. But to do so we will need more information please. There should be opt out instructions in each email you have received, but we can also help you with opting out of future email if you would like our assistance.
