Ordered a medium based on their chart and it arrived looking like it was made for a child. Contacted support, they basically shrugged. No proper guidance, no accountability. I measured twice before ordering, followed every instruction on their site, and still ended up with something I couldn't even get over my shoulders. Never again.

Purchased a "Crossbody Leather Bag" I needed to return it as it was not what I wanted. Paid over $38.00CAD for it and the offered to refund me $3.00 USD. When I refused that offer, they came back with their best offer of $6.00 CAD. Very insulting!! .When I told them that was not acceptable to will no longer reply to my request!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! Not a very respectable comapany !!

They overcharge excessive taxes and refuse to rectify. Not even sure anyone is listening on the other side, because the language is broken and doesn’t evwn make sense. Stay away.
