The products are top of the line. My disappointment was in the person that took my original order. I told her of my other Comp Tac holster and how much I liked it. Couldn’t find the exact holster or so I thought. There was a similar 1 but it showed an extra belt tan which I didn’t want. The sales rep failed to tell me that the extra tab was an option n that I could get the holster w/o it which is what I wanted. Instead I was steered to another holster that was for my weapon but also fit 2-3 others. A sort if generic holster. Received it and was immediately not impressed with the fit for my weapon. In addition, 1 of the tension screws could not be tightened as the grommet kept spinning when trying to tighten it. I did get a return label to send the holster back but had to pay shipping on the replacement holster which is the style I wanted but was steered away again because the sales rep failed to advise me that the extra clip was an option. That and the fact it was defective (the grommet) should have allowed for free shipping on the replacement in my opinion.

I initially sent Customer Service a question on the holster I was interested in with the gun model information and the fact that it had a red-dot sight. (There were 4 candidate models listed). I was looking for specific confirmation ... I got a generic response and a link to their main page. Now I have an $80 holster that doesn't fit with the sight. My bad I guess.

Ordered MTAC for IWB carry. After two weeks of trying to make it work, could not stop it from moving out of position. There is no way to lock the holster in one spot with the design and clips. Mind you, once in its initial position, the holster is very comfortable. After two hours of up and down movement, the holster will migrate and put the butt into the kidney. Opted for an Infidel Max as a replacement, but could not convince sales for a credit or discount. Live and learn lesson.

International holsters for the 17g4 and Walther Q5 were great. The 17g5 however will not release without a slow precise draw. In an attempt to get a light enough grip by the holster on the gun a retaining screw sripped and poped off. There doesn't seem to be a space between very stiff retention and no retention. If there was another 8th inch on the retaining screws it seems it would work. Unfortunately as sold, I cannot use the international model OWB with an unmodified G17g5.
