Status updates of my orders would be great.

I have not yet received my holster. I sent an email last week for a status and have not yet heard back.

I have several of your holsters from previous purchases. This purchase took seven days to ship. Maybe I just got lucky during previous purchases and the particular one I needed was in stock.

Screws used on holsters are too short; they fall out. Been experiencing this issue for years. I have used Loctite as suggested, but it doesn’t change the fact that some screws are only held in place by 1or 2 threads to get a pistol to properly hold in the holster.

I have used your Holsters and mag holders for Tacticla Classes and IDPA matches where you need to holster and UN holster a lot . Your gear fits the bill But the issue I had was your service when buying directly from Comp-Tac. Check out was easy, but I took 11 days and a message to your customer service to get an update and the shipping information. In this day and age that is an issue . Other vendors like Midway USA, Brownells, Palmetto State , Primary Arms , and Omaha Outdoors usually gets you shipping information in the next day, about 24 hours . This is what I have grown to accept as the standard. And I did not experience that. I ordered it August 21, 2023 and I still haven’t gotten my order. I hope you all can get this taken care of , I like your products for my specific uses Training and Competition. More information would have been nice, like it’s in production, or backordered, something!

Great holsters and mag pouches. But your shipping is less to be desired. No confirmation emails that it's been shipped or when it will arrive.

No delivery date received. Special tool (should have been included or at least more specific info on what tool was needed) required to remove Chicago screws with slot head inside holster to add drop piece. Also this screw was very tight and hard to remove.
