The Chanel scarf looks nothing like the photo! Description said purple and silver, and the scarf is actually pink and grey. Also there was no return receipt, nothing in the package. In past years the scarf came with a gift box, and this time there was none.

i have ordered from comomilano 4 times and did return an item once. the item was accepted by them and i was refunded promptly (duties excluded). the items have always been lovely and as far as i know are authentic. i have read reviews on them and they are a legit company and are legit products.
