AWESOME service and product

I ordered 3 scarves prematurely, and knew that I have to return one of them right away as soon as they were shipped. I wanted a different one instead. I emailed them about the situation, and got a response right away. Jorden started the process for shipping for what I really wanted. Excellent customer service goes a long way. I highly recommend Como Milano to everyone who wants quality scarves at reasonable price. I'll definitely return to Como Milano for future scarf shopping.

Fast service and attractive delivery (with an Etro box) of a beautiful, nicely pressed Etro scarf. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the actual scarf being duller colors than the photos on the website.

Very fast shipping. One of the scarves did have strong mildew smell, hoping I can wash it out. They are very pretty. Thanks.
