Not as advertised and refused refund
I ordered the romper swimsuit x2 and understood it may take time to arrive, however this did take a month to arrive. 2 weeks from my holiday and I excitedly opened my package to find the "shorts" that were advertised we in fact bikini pants. I have tried repeatedly to ask for a refund, but keep being told either "they have a good reputation and value, maybe I could give them to a friend" or "the cost of postage to send back would be too expensive, so better to keep them" with an offer of £3 compensation! Absolutely ridiculous. Will be contacting my bank.
