I can't complain about delivery from US, only took a couple of weeks, but did take longer to arrive once in the UK - Evri !! However, my issue is the colour of garment. I ordered turquoise , i got bright blue. I sent photos of & was told, the correct item was sent! Either they are colour blind, fobbing me off or don't really care. Perhaps all 3!! Avoid.

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered six weeks ago now, supposed to be awaiting delivery from Cardiff for 10 days now. Keep thanking me for my patience which is adding insult to injury. Avoid.

Items never arrived and stopped communicating. Only hope is to get refund via card. AVOID

Absolute scam. Pay your money, product never arrives. Outsourced support who just parrot the same empty scripted messages. Buy from these guys if you want to throw your money away. BEWARE

Scammers. Waited weeks for parcel and keep being fobbed off by company email address saying it's on way. Hasn't arrived and they won't give a refund. Wish I'd checked here first. I have asked for a copy of the complaint terms and conditions on their website, but just keep being told to be patient. Will contact credit card company to see what they can do also.

Scammers. No item. Fake tracking. Gutted.

10 weeks of waiting for two romper suits. Shiyel, their customer portal said it was on it's way, now when I go back to track it says that my email isn't linked to any order!!!! When I email customer service they just tell me to go to shiyel. Constantly fobbing me off. They have also changed their name on facebook so this is obviously a scamming website.

Item never arrived - tracking system Shipping Hub likely a scam - after leaving US to UK to local delivery hub were I live was a residential postcode when I looked it up - item never arrived - think these companies keep changing names as see swimsuit on different sites AVOID
