Common just makes your living situation easy. Facilities are great so far, amenities are incredible. They really live up to their advertising. For instance, when they say they stock the kitchen, that isn't just a pot and pan, that's a fully outfitted kitchen. I have all the tools I need to make almost any fancy meal I'd like. Staff have been incredibly attentive and helpful. No complaints at all here. Highly recommend if you're trying out coliving for the first time.

Living in a Common building has been a game changer for me. I have a comfortable and clean home in a great neighborhood at an affordable price point. My roommates are I get along well and I've enjoyed meeting the other people from the other Common properties. I highly recommend it to others. You don't have to be a millennial or new to a city to enjoy the experience. Give it a shot!

I have lived in more than one co-living space and work in the industry and Common is so far the best in price and quality. If you are moving from another city last minute and don't want to pay to have your life shipped to New York this is a terrific solution. Also, if you don't have time before you move to do the Craigslist olympics in 'rooms for rent' or going around the city for a week with your checkbook to put down deposits on apartments for rent it is a great alternative. Not to mention your roommates undergo a background check so it isn't like you're living with murders. What makes Common stand out for me is the design and thoughtfulness of it as a living solution. The units are apartments, unlike some co-living spaces where it is very dorm like and missing living rooms. The apartments are fully furnished and fully stocked with the essentials from dishwashing soap to toilet paper and are fully stocked and cleaned weekly. I literally live for Thursday evenings to come home to a sparkling clean apartment. Lastly, in other co-living communities, there were no real events or perks for the monthly fee. At common the community events are thoughtful and some of the best are curated by community members between homes, which is really unique and interactive. The discounts on local businesses and services is a huge plus. I got a huge discount on my first Daily Harvest order, which was a nice incentive. Overall, Common is a lot of bang for the buck when relocating back to New York and makes life a lot simpler. My roommates are also awesome, which really helps make for an all-around enjoyable experience.

Recently moved into the new Common location in Echo Park and absolutely love it. I've been living in Los Angeles for a couple of years but decided to move in with my girlfriend, and the incredible amenities as well as built-in community led us to Common. Staff are incredibly attentive to our every need, and made our move-in simple and painless. Common streamlines the rental process, allowing direct digital payment, and combining all expenses into one affordable rate. The benefits of coliving are continuing to present themselves, but include access to fantastic building and unit amenities, subsidized community events, and attentive landlords. We feel lucky to have gotten our unit when we did!

Love Common! I moved in about three months ago and my experience has been stellar. My favorite part about Common is the community events that we all get to take part in. Last week I went to the NYC Coffee Festival sponsored by Common and it was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, really nice and diverse suitemates, interesting events every month to participate in, good communication from Common staff on living needs and ways to improve the experience.

My experience at Common has been great. It's sort of the best of both worlds: a good balance between privacy (decent-sized room, private bathroom and kitchenette in some suites) and having friendly people around. Also, (and this is a big deal for me), the burden associated with moving to and living in Common is substantially lower than what you have to deal with in a traditional apartment. Pretty much everything is taken care of: The place is furnished, utilities and cable/wifi are already activated, there are weekly cleanings of common areas (which means there's no need to divide up chores with your other housemates), and support is responsive and available to deal with any issues that come up, such as appliances that need repair. Probably for these reasons, most people seem to move in when they're new to the city. But the arrangement simplifies life quite a bit and has been quite pleasant overall.

I'm a city guy. When it comes to my home, I'd rather give up some space for the right location. I hate to commute and was looking for an apartment where I could easily walk to work and play downtown or Capitol Hill. Commons Terry was the perfect location. The building is immaculate and the staff is great about follow-through. My apartment has just the amenities I want and I am very comfortable. I could live here for many years.
