I stay at the Common MacArthur residence. Tom, Elisa, and team are by the far the best residential management team I've met. From keeping the community clean to chatting about turtles, I feel that the Common MacArthur staff is second to none. If you're a Bay Area native or new to the area, you will definitely feel welcomed. Another added bonus is that the neighbors are very friendly, and host various parties and cookouts during the year. You'll love Common MacArthur.

Highly recommend! Their short term lease saved me. I was looking for a short stay in Seattle and they offered the best deal without charging unreasonable fees. The rental experience has been wonderful. Common Terry units are beautifully designed, with a modern and pleasing look. Plus great amenities like a small fitness area, bike room, shared kitchen and working areas. The only negative thing is having to pay for laundry.

My super-perfect luxury microstudio in Common Terry has been by far one of my favorite things about living in Seattle. In a world of nightmare property management companies, Common is a breath of fresh air. I really like how they've flipped the rental equation from complicated fee structures and meaningless vanity perks, and just focused on things that really matter, like top-quality washer/dryer units on every floor, a bike room, nice shared work areas, high-speed internet, heated floors, well-thought-out kitchenettes, community spaces, and *excellent* windows and between-unit insulation. If you've ever lived in an apartment without either of those last two things, you know what I'm talking about. The Common crew has been great to interact with on every occasion, too, from the virtual rental tour on. Just a really great rental experience through and through. I hope this company grows and continues to beneficially disrupt property management, which needs it.

Absolutely recommend to anyone. Highly responsive and communicative staff, seamless application and payment process, really nice living spaces. I've lived at the Common Terry property for the last 8 months and pleased to have found an affordable home in the heart of the city.

Amazing experience Whenever a friend is considering moving, in any city, I recommend Common. It couldn't be more convenient. Don't have to buy furniture. Don't have to worry about toiletries or cleaning, all handled. Great roommates (in DC at least!). And flexible and just so much less hassle than finding a place to live usually is.

No reservations, I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Common is best company I have worked for. I interned here for 6 months and I loved it, I learned and grew so much. My role was a marketing intern and I gained so much real word experience from interning here that does not come from reading textbooks. The culture at Common was great, they treat their employees the same way they treat their Common Home members, like family. I truly loved my time with this company and if given the opportunity I would love to have stayed with them to continue my growth. Not only is the company values great, but so are their homes, they're beautiful and modern and the reason why coliving will be the one of the best choices when choosing a new home. They are the best at what they do and I see them becoming bigger than they already are. If you ever think about coliving be sure to think about Common.

I've been pretty satisfied with my time at Common. I have enjoyed the service and cleanliness of the apartments. It's certainly a less stressful and more enjoyable apartment experience relative to my apartments/landlords in Manhattan. It's a great short term (3-6 months) solution for those new to New York and the Common team is very responsive to requests and issues. It certainly is priced at a premium but the convenience and lack of headaches is a great value.
