I have to spend half of my year in NYC and the other half in South America. Common is making this experience truly enjoyable. Allowing me to rent for a shorter period without breaking the bank, not having to care about utilities, furniture or landlords. You also get to meet some wonderful people in their community, and it’s hard to get bored with so many cool events! Their customer support is great, I had to contact them off work hours and they always responded ASAP. Would 100% recommend for young people living a “nomad” life :)

I have really enjoyed the efforts being led by Lior.

Lior was great in helping us put an event at Common.

I put together an event with the help of Lior Torenberg and she was absolutely delightful.

Their 24/7 customer service is just amazing! They quickly respond to my emails and always send a follow up to make sure that they have addressed all my concerns. They truly take care of their properties and tenant concerns.

Common is great! Honestly the best option if you're new to NY. Moving into a new city can be daunting but having Common gave me a chance to ease into the city. Service is professional and quick if you have any requests. There's nothing I can complain about so far. Kudos to Common.
