Overall a good experience. I leased a unit at Common Terry in Seattle for a year. Some decent common spaces, and bike storage. Packages got stolen, but that happens anywhere that doesn’t have a person managing deliveries. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Common to.

Pretty good setup. Of course, your roommates will play a large factor for how well things will run. Had not problem with mine. Overall, clean most days and friendly. Good service overhead as well

Tom Ahern and his team made the leasing very easy!

I've lived at Common on Madison for 7 months now, and it's been a very positive experience. The most important aspect for me was that when I DID have an issue and reached out about it, they responded quickly and fixed the issue. I've heard horror stories from friends about places they've lived, so to me that means a lot when you feel like they have your back. The building is in a nice location and the room (though small) is well-designed and feels bright and open. The high ceilings make a big difference. I'm planning to renew my lease.

While the transition from Redside to Common was rough, it’s been smoothed out now. The Seattle crew responds quickly to emailed inquiries and concerns. The updates on keeping properties clean and safe are really nice, too. My only complaint is no one answering calls or retuning voicemails when calling the contact number.

Honest opinion, I think Common as a service was great. Their homes are tastefully decorated, they're equipped to have the bare minimum and room to expand as needed. Their level of customer service is excellent. Fast response times, attentive to issues, and timely follow-ups really make you feel valued as their renter. One criticism is not enough intentional thought into the makeup of a community. Because while a wide range of individuals from different age ranges, backgrounds, and perspectives can be a wonderful experience it can also lead to tension, clashing values, opposing opinions, which detracted from the whole experience.

I've been living at Common Simonds for the past year and just renewed a few weeks ago. The neighborhood is great, the building is always kept clean, and the Common staff is quick to reply to any issues that are brought up. It's really been a great place to live.

I have lived in Common Terry for almost a year now and the overall experience was fairly great. It’s my first time living in a microstudio and one thing I love is that it has all the basic things you need and the appliances are updated. The location is very accessible to the bus stops. Common areas are kept clean which is very impressive and most people I’ve encountered are nice. Unfortunately the downside is that there’s no elevators so it will be the biggest challenge when it comes to moving especially if you are on the top floor. Parking is another thing because you have to find a spot on the side streets. Regardless, I really appreciate how efficient the staff/team responds to the email whenever there’s issues or concerns which I think is one of the important factor for the pleasant living experience. Kudos to you guys as well as to the team who keeps the building neat and tidy.
