I've been at Common going into three years now and have nothing but incredible things to say. First, the apartments are amazing - everything furnished, huge common spaces (from Movie rooms to study rooms to gyms to rooftop BBQs!). Second, the staff is amazing. From the initial tour of your apartment and lease signing, online support, someone always there for you to solve any issue - someone will quickly respond. And transferring to different Common apartments was a breeze! Incredible staff! Special shout outs to Brooke in Brooklyn for making this possible and my dream apartment possible. Third, everything is modern and state of the art from key-less entry to rent paying (no more mailing rent checks or worries if you forget - everything can be done auto-payment so never have to worry again) to WIFI and Smart TVs to the Common App and more! Fourth, the Common Community - every week (or day!) there are incredible events and opportunities (FREE) from learning how to bake cupcakes at NYC's best bakeries to tickets to Broadway to Ski trips to more! You name it - they have it. And if somehow they don't - they can add it! Its an incredible community in your Common apartments - from parties to dinner nights to more! College dorm style community but for adults!! :) Fifth, the amenities are incredible. All the necessities are provided for you! Weekly cleanings of your apartments and the staff are incredible and so friendly. Basically everything is provided for you so you can focus on career, life, family and friends. I've saved so much time and life thanks to Common for making my home as worry-free as possible. Sixth and most importantly, so affordable. With everything included - furnished apartment, near infinite amenities, cleaning, weekly restocking of all your necessities, and so much common space available for use. Its incredible - a luxury apartment and community made accessible and reasonable for anyone. So thank you Common for completely revolutionizing renting, housing, community, living and the city.

Great place to live in! The house is quiet and welcoming. The onboarding is really straightforward and Common is always here to help!

This has been a wonderful living experience so far. Everything is taken care of, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful living at common. Very happy with the upkeep and communal spaces as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience so far. I just moved to Chicago alone for a new job and had nothing but a few clothes. Common appealed to me instantly because of the fair cost for rent, which includes heat, wifi, cable, and weekly professional cleaning; the location of the property within the neighborhood I wanted to live in; the close proximity to transit lines; full furnishings and interior design that matches my personal style; and the in suite washer and dryer. Also, having suite mates was a positive for me as I was able to meet people right away. Move in was super easy and the Common service team has been very supportive and easy to talk to. I've lived in various conditions in the UK, EU and all over the US and I would definitely recommend Common as a super convenient and comfortable option, especially for those just moving to the city

I've been living in the Pilsen Common Living space for 3 months and it's been great. I travel a lot and have a pretty busy social life so I'm in and out. Common allows me to live this life by taking care of the cleaning, maintenance, and by vetting the roommates I live with so I feel safe to leave my room for weeks at a time. The people I've interacted with at Common (Jenna) have been really great as well, very attentive and genuine. Overall, I've had a really awesome experience and definitely recommend Common.

Thanks to Common my move from London to Los Angeles was a breeze! Their Customer Support team is quick to respond, very helpful and they always go above and beyond. I made great friends and loved my apartment. I’m only leaving them because they don’t have any one bedroom apartments available in LA. Once they do, I’ll be back ;)
