Everthing went well from the tour and till the move in time! And even anything that occured in between such as my questions and requests went fine as well. I got prompt response from the Support Team all the time! The place is clean. Supplies are sufficient. Kitchen is huge. The members are friendly and respectful. Place is quiet and safe.

Moving in the middle of the pandemic had me very concerned, but for no reason as everyone has been just great. The team from leasing through move-in & maintenance has been responsive & have gone above and beyond. Love love love my new home!! Thank you Common!

I rent a micro studio in Common for two years already, it is convenient and affordable to me. When I renew my lease, the renewals manager Tom is very supportive on helping me go thought the process.

I have been living at Common Anderson for almost a year and have just renewed my lease because my experiences with Common have been wonderful! If I had any issues or concerns, I'd just let Common know and problem solved! Neighbors are respectful and the location is ideal in an exciting neighborhood!

Common coliving is a manageable place to stay.

I'm a noob of just six months, but I have been very happy with the fact that everything I need is right here, and my suite-mates and neighbors look out for each other. The management team have been extremely responsive and easy to reach. Technology is used to enhance the personal experience, not to replace it. I have learned a few things, maybe I can share some pointers with a new neighbor.

I lived here for 6 years and the current property management company is the best one we've had. They are extremely responsive and quickly resolve any concerns. The building is clean, a great value, and the location cant be beat. 2 blocks from the light rail in the heart of Capitol Hill!

Positive experience. Had not so great housemate that wouldn't listen and made life difficult, but despite that the worker made this complex a very nice place to live in. And they are understanding to your needs and problems and want to help
