Hello. My wife and I were once members at one of the Common apartments. After leaving, we were worried about not being able to receive our important mail that had the Common address and not our new and current address. I contacted the Common team with our concern. While all of the team was helpful, one member stood out the most and was always very professional and very helpful and that was Layne. I was always found Layne to be reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to help us solve this and other issues in the past. I just wanted to give shout out and thanks as always, Steven O

Honestly I was soooo cautious and worried about moving in here. Living with people I don't know in a place I don't know!? But with COVID my friends that I had planned on moving with were no longer moving. I signed a six month lease and I'm now renewing for 15 more. I absolutely love my apartment, I absolutely love my roommates. This place is beautiful, came beautifully furnished, and whenever we have the occasional issue management is usually there day of to fix it. Obviously if people ended up with bad roommates this would suck- but mine are now my best friends in the city! I love Common and I feel so fortunate to have come across this opportunity.

Common made moving to NYC with short notice so easy and exciting! The staff is very easy to contact and flexible and considerate with everything involved in the process of leasing. I've renewed my lease with Common and couldn't be happier with my experience before and during my time living at Common Havemeyer!

I just cannot say enough great things about Layne, from the support team. She is super helpful and understanding and I truly credit her kindness to our positive experience here at common!! Thanks for everything Layne!! 😊

Tom Ahern is awesome! He went well above and beyond with the renewal process and even when I first moved in. He is a rock star. Love my flat and view. Great location. Love Common Lake View. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Keep rocking Tom.

Sasha- a Member Support Specialist, is great. She was willing to help us (my wife and I) via email, in the office, or even randomly in the elevator. Once after overhearing my wife and I speak about purchasing a air filter, she sent us a email informing us about the community providing free air filters— that’s initiative! She even went the extra mile and put the request in for our filter to be changed. Through our tough and pleasant experiences at our residence, my wife oand I appreciate Sasha’s kind demeanor and client-focused approach to community relations. Thanks, Sasha!

Common delivered me exactly what I was looking for - a short-term lease with amenities while I was in-transition to find a more permanent living situation. It was nice being able to move in and out without the overhead of figuring out internet & utilities, etc. The support team had a fairly quick turnaround while I was there. Overall great experience.
