I was having a hard time with housing since I was relocating from Mexico City into San Francisco. Everyone expected to serve me in person and would not let me submit an application remotely. After I shared my challenges with Phetsamone, the Leasing Specialist, she guided me on each step of the way. In the end, I moved in smoothly and without any hiccups. I will gladly recommend Commons to others in the future!

The place was awesome. My guide Nathaniel was amazing and showed me around the place and was very easy to work with. He made sure to check up regularly and even help me with the application form.

The property managers are very helpful and prompt. I had a great experience in renewing my lease with Maribel Bejar. She was polite, quick and efficient with her responses.

As a resident here I will say I am very impressed with the maintenance team and their responsiveness. Every time I have had a request they respond and it is fixed within 1-2 days. I recently had a strange water leak from my shower that I thought was going to be a big deal, the next morning they showed up and had it fixed in 15 minutes! Great maintenance team.
