Demel was absolutely amazing!! He was on time, thorough, super friendly and incredibly helpful. I immediately felt at ease and well taken care in exploring my options and discussing various considerations. I'm so happy I met him and feel well taken care of in making my selection. If he were not around, I doubt I would be willing to make a decision so quickly, nor feel so secure in my decision if I would not have him as a resource. Very grateful!

I found Common through a Facebook posts about a week or 2 ago and a leasing person reached out named Demel. Demel was really pleasant and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about what the Broadridge building offered and knew about the area too. Unfortunately, I decided not to move forward, but overall great experience.

I had a issue with a account situation on my end and with the help of Samantha I was able to get piece of mind through the rough holiday time. She helped heavily in ensuring that things would be fine.
