Coach Pam is VERY supportive as well as all the other coaches. The membership is also very helpful. The monthly challenges keeps it very motivating. There are so many ways to get help, group coaching calls, Monday motivation, private coaching calls. Many ways to stay on track

I purchased aqua scalp through Facebook ad.I had no intention of purchasing anything else as everything in the past 46 years had not worked.After several emails deleted, I decided to watch once what they were offering.I don’t know who this woman was, but she touched my heart and my common sense.I then immediately signed up.As I said 46 years, I’ve been obese. I have most diseases that come with that from Diabetes to open heart surgery.Six months ago, I was told that my mitral valve was getting more narrow and that they wouldn’t do anything about it for two years, which was probably gonna be too lateSo I decided I would give this a tryIt was clear to me within the first two conversations I had with my coach that this was a great program.And I will say 15 weeks later there is nothing in 46 years that I have been so excited about and committed to when it comes to health.Of course, my husband and my kids a little bit more excited about lolThey have directed me every step of the way I attend as many zoom meetings as I want each week. I joined Committed Coaches when I could not get out of another plateau. Like so many times before that, I was ready to give up and just be big. When everything you try doesn’t work it’s really hard to stay motivated. That was a little over 1 year ago. And then I found Committed Coaches. Now I have a better mindset, better sleep, better diet (against everything the “normal” medical community tells you). I’m down to 295 and in the 200s, which I never would have dreamed of at my heaviest with 430lbs. If you’re thinking about joining - take that first big step of many and give it a try. You will not regret it. The coaches are great and the camaraderie with the other participants is even better. If I can do it you can too!
