CHRISTINE W.
From Defeated to Fully Alive
For years, I tried diet after diet, only to end up frustrated, discouraged, and right back where I started—or worse, carrying even more weight than before. The added weight caused pain in my knees, which made exercising difficult and sometimes prevented me from exercising altogether. The less I was able to move, the more weight I gained, creating a vicious cycle that felt nearly impossible to break. Each failed attempt chipped away at my confidence until I began to wonder whether lasting change was simply out of reach for me. I had nearly given up on ever losing weight and keeping it off—until this coaching program helped me believe that a healthier future was still possible. Before starting this program, I felt defeated. I had tried countless diets and approaches, but none had given me lasting results or the confidence that I could sustain them. I knew what it felt like to start with hope, only to end with disappointment. Over time, that cycle changed more than my body; it changed the way I saw myself and the life I believed I could live. That mindset began affecting my relationships with the people I love and even the choices I made about spending time with my eight grandchildren. Instead of looking forward to adventures with them, I found myself wondering whether I would have the energy, strength, or stamina to participate. I had started to believe I might have to watch their lives from the sidelines rather than fully share in them. Then I found this coaching program, and it changed far more than the way I eat. It changed the way I think about food, my health, my choices, and myself. In the first three months, I lost 15 pounds and several inches. More importantly, I gained knowledge I can use for the rest of my life. I’ve learned what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. The group coaching calls have deepened my awareness of food quality and helped me recognize the choices, habits and food combinations that were working against me. I’ve discovered new ways to approach food that I had never considered before, and I’m learning that lasting transformation is not built through extremes. It is built through small, intentional choices repeated consistently. That lesson has been liberating. I no longer feel trapped in an all-or-nothing cycle. I don’t have to be perfect to make progress. I simply have to keep showing up, keep learning, and keep choosing the next healthy step. The community has been another extraordinary part of this experience. Being surrounded by people who are also working toward a healthier version of themselves has created an environment filled with encouragement, understanding, and genuine support. Our journeys may look different, but we share something powerful: none of us has to walk this road alone. On the days when motivation is difficult, the community reminds me why I started. On the days when I make progress, it gives me people to celebrate with. But the most meaningful transformation has been in my confidence. For the first time, I truly believe I can do this. I can lose the weight. I can maintain that loss. I can build muscle, strength, and stamina. I can become the active grandmother I want to be—the grandmother who says yes to adventures instead of wondering whether she will be able to keep up.I am deeply grateful to my coach for her encouragement, support, and accountability. She has helped me understand that my thoughts influence my actions, and that changing my thinking can open the door to healthier choices. She has taught me that consistency matters more than perfection and that progress is always worth celebrating. No question is too insignificant, too difficult, or too inconvenient. She is there with guidance and support as I continue becoming the person I want to be.I began this journey feeling defeated and convinced that lasting change might not be possible for me. Today, I feel hopeful, capable, and excited about what lies ahead. I no longer see my health as another failed diet attempt. I see it as an investment in my future—and in the memories I still want to create with the people I love most. This program has given me far more than weight loss. It has given me confidence, strength, knowledge, community, and the belief that I can create a healthier future. I’m no longer standing on the sidelines of my life or calculating whether I’ll be able to keep up. I’m moving forward with purpose, ready to make memories, embrace new adventures, and be fully present with my family. My eight grandchildren deserve a grandmother who is engaged, energetic, and willing to join the fun. And I deserve to experience that life, too. This time, I’m not just hoping for a different future. I’m building it—one informed decision, one courageous choice, and one consistent step at a time.

What an inspiring journey. Losing 15 pounds and several inches is an incredible achievement, but what stands out even more is the confidence, knowledge, and hope you’ve gained along the way. We love hearing how you broke free from the cycle of restrictive diets and disappointment, learned sustainable habits, and discovered that consistency—not perfection—is the key to lasting success. Your desire to be an active, energetic grandmother for your eight grandchildren is such a powerful motivation, and it’s wonderful to see how far you’ve already come toward that vision. The dedication you’ve shown, combined with the support of your coach and the community, has created a foundation for lifelong health. Thank you for sharing your story—it’s a beautiful reminder that lasting change is possible, one intentional step at a time.
