I really want to thank my Coach Crystall for being present for me!…
I really want to thank my Coach Crystall, she has been and is very committed with me. Advicing me what I needed in each step, loving care, very professional and human. I have learnt a lot about how to improve my nutrional skills and reach my goal. Thank you so much dear Crystall! I highly recomend you as well as the splendida Committed Coaches Team.

Commitment and Consistency are Key!
Coach Caroline and all the committed coaches were truly there for me. They kept me motivated and accountable to myself. I love all the resources provided - the workout videos and recipes are wonderful! I am learning so much from the conference calls and that staying consistent is key!

I liked having ALEXIS as my Coach
I liked having ALEXIS as my Coach. He made me feel better about myself. He could spot good about me that I didn’t even see until he pointed it out. The first time we talked, he did not say anything I did was wrong. He said things were good but I could change a few things to make life better. They were not hard changes. I just had to rethink a few things. I believe if I had an Alexis type of person around me growing up, I would be a much better person today

Sometimes a few simple changes and a different way of looking at things can make such a powerful difference. It's the coaching and the topics…
I think it's the coaching and the topics covered on the weekly zoom calls that help a person to understand what they need to know to be successful in this endeavor. I've been given so much support along the way - so much that I have not been able to read through all the information or listen to all the recordings as yet. I look forward to doing so, because it is all still available to me! In these first three months, I have dropped 12 pounds. I'm sleeping better, moving easier, and have noticed the bloating in stomach and face is gone. These improvements are huge! Feeling better and looking better have been my top priorities.

Thank you Renata for your kind encouraging words. I was never a task but a joy and privilege to share my day good or bad. What ever information was given me was always uplifting. I felt like I was talking with a friend. This has given me the boost I needed. I appreciate the extra zoom/telephone calls, to give me even more information.

I happened upon Committed Coaches and…
I happened upon Committed Coaches and am so grateful I did. The coaching is excellent - one on one, specific to each persons' needs as well as general talks by coaches about nutrition, exercise and mind set. I've learned so much about getting protein to support my body in gaining and sustaining energy. I'm 73 and a vegetarian for 40 years. I always thought I knew enough about getting protein. Turns out I didn't! In addition to gaining energy I'm developing muscle, so important for my aging body. Coaches offer guidance and support in developing an exercise plan. I'm pleased with mine and know it will continue to evolve. Perhaps the greatest gift of all is that I've learned to be more compassionate with myself. The authentic care and graciousness that is woven throughout CC models a way for me to be with myself as I meander through the ups and downs of my wellness journey. I highly recommend Committed Coaches.
