I’ve been part of the Committed Coaches program for several months now, and it’s been an incredible experience. Coach Gabe is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in each member’s success. The program offers multiple ways to stay accountable and inspired, whether through coaching, community, or structured guidance. What I appreciate most is that the tools are all there—it’s up to me how far I take them. This program has helped me recognize that I am my only limitation, and that mindset shift alone has been powerful. I highly recommend Committed Coaches to anyone ready to level up and stay committed.

I have felt very supported by the Committed Coaches team. My coach, DJ, has been reachable whenever I have looked for guidance regarding my meal plan, full of helpful advice to keep me on track, and points me to the resources available on the app when I need them. Coach Chad has so many amazing resources on meals, recipes and tips on how to eat mindfully……planning ahead is key! Once I’d gotten the meal plans in place, I was ready for Coach Lindsey who explained the importance of working out to maintain my strength and continue to stay on track. Healthy eating and more movement habits have developed over the 4 months I’ve been involved with Committed Coaches..I am very appreciative of Del’s inspiring words to begin each week. My goal for committing has been to get my digestion issues managed through diet, movement and helpful supplements. I am very pleased so far and expect to continue to gain strength, endurance and perseverance. I am grateful that I am able to walk this path with many others and to live longer to enjoy my beautiful children and grandchildren!

I have learned so much about food and how it affects my body. Without realizing it, I’m very careful about what goes into my body and have really become aware of processed foods. I read labels now and cannot believe the amount of energy this 78 year old body has. I’m excited to continue, learn, and change.

They have given me back hope. I have spent over $20,000 trying to lose weight and get healthy. Lap band didn't , do to complications. Forms of keto diets kinda helped to a point. Pills were a waste of time. Committed Coaches in just a week have not only given me back a desire to live, but confidence that I can achieve a quality of life and health that I need and want. They encourage instead of pressuring. They understand and accept you instead of judging. I've had many in the medical field try and help, and they did to an extent, but they never made me feel as honestly cared for and concerned about as these people. As to the cost...each and every one of these coaches deserves every single penny. They work hard for it and for us, and I thank them for it in my heart every day. So...thank you for giving me back my hope and desire to live again.

I have appreciated the guidance and encouragement that Coach Bret has given me. He afforded me simple ways to tweak how I ate and because of implementing those changes I am succeeding in my quest for a healthier AND slimmer body! It’s Christmas week 2025 and for the first time in at least 3 decades I didn’t have to buy plus sized clothing! My body fat percentage has dropped and my muscle mass has increased! My blood work also shows an improvement from 6 months ago! Coach Bret has also helped me to see me as a whole person, not broken. Thank you! Cat
