I am 72 and had digestive issues since birth. As a youth I had extensive testing and told "It was growing pains". At 60 I figured out that I was Celiac & allergic to milk. In the last 5 years, extensive testing twice. The result, Inefficient Esphogeal Motility and IBS-C. Have been on Linzess 290mg & Miralax since, with no help. In the 2 weeks on the Committed Coaches plan, I am off Miralax and seeing normal BM's happen in the next few months. The Coaches are extemely knowlegeable and compassionate. They listen and make suggestions honestly and without judgement, guiding you along your path to recovery. There are member chat groups with additional support and help. The entire program is like no other. I am so glad that I started this journey!

My health and weight journey has taught me to eat right using the 80/20 rule. I’ve set a routine when it comes to my food that is eating right and healthy. I am very grateful to all the coaches especially Brent no matter what you can always reach out to him. He ll go over important things that is being brought up in the group chats and bring the ideas into his coaching meetings. I would have never imagined I would lose over 30 pounds and now I am at a stable weight. Committed coaches gave me the courage to be myself more and be more open. I highly recommend committed coaches and proud to be part of a great team that cares and goes out of their way for the members. I would not be where I am today without committed coaches and the journey has taught me to never give up and don’t beat yourself up and keep moving and keep the routine flowing. Thank you so much

I’m so happy that I signed up. The support is amazing. Brenda T is a wonderful coach. I am learning to balance my nutrition and I am able to always ask for help. It’s nice to communicate with other members and know you’re not alone in this journey.

The program is easy to follow without weighing your food. Helpful hints, meal prep, and meal planning make for quick and easy meal set up for on the go. The coaches are very knowledgeable and there to answer any questions. Coaches and fellow members are very supportive and provide positive feedback. Helpful coaching videos and recipes are available 24/7.

There is only positive feedback that I can attest to about The Committed Coaches and their Program. It is the way to eat to live a happy and healthy life. The program has helped to learn about my body and how to keep it healthy. I learned so much about mindset and motivation, hormones, metabalism, consistency, strength trainning and exercising. I learn what is good to eat, how much to eat and when to eat certain foods. The committed coaches are so knowledgable, supportative and helpful in making this program a success for all heir clients who want to lose weight and live a healthier life.

This program has truly changed my life. When I joined Committed Coaches, I was in a very bad place physically and emotionally. I was living with chronic pain after back surgery, had limited mobility, and later suffered a stroke. Simple things like standing, walking up stairs, or getting out of a chair were incredibly difficult, and I had honestly lost hope that things could improve. From the very beginning, the support I received was exceptional. I was paired with my coach, Holly, who became an absolute lifeline for me. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly listens. She helped me completely change my mindset around food, movement, stress, and health—things no one had ever explained to me before. I learned that starving myself was actually hurting my body, that eating properly at the right times matters, and that I could still get stronger and healthier no matter my age. Through Holly and the whole Committed Coaches team, I’ve learned about nutrition, stress management, sleep, strength training, and how emotions affect eating. The Zoom calls and educational sessions are so informative and supportive, and I never feel judged—only encouraged. Since starting the program, I’ve lost over 40 pounds, regained strength and mobility, and can now walk properly, exercise gently, fit comfortably in chairs, and enjoy life again. Most importantly, I have confidence and hope again. I am Lynda, and I am proud of my journey. I can now walk without a walking stick, stroll along the beach, feel the sand under my feet, and sit comfortably without fear or embarrassment. I am so grateful to Holly and the entire Committed Coaches team for helping me get my life back. I would highly recommend this program to anyone—it is absolutely worth it.

Committed Coaches is a wonderfully organized program. It can seem a little overwhelming at first, but there is always a coach that can help you with your questions! Coach Dorota is engaging, dynamic and extremely helpful!! I have only been involved for a couple of weeks, and am looking forward to the continued coaching, videos, and resources that will support me to achieve the goals I have set for myself!

I've spent so much of my life taking care of other people's needs. I decided it was time to take care of me. I am so motivated to make better choices for my health. Drew and your crew have been so helpful in getting me started on this journey. I'm learning so much about myself and choices I have made in the past. I ate what was fast and convenient. I also tended to be an emotional eater. I'm working hard to stay balanced, focused, and calm. It's time to apply that to my food choices. I'm excited and am happy with my results so far. It isn't just about weight loss. This program is teaching me how my food choices affect so many other areas of my life.I will continue to work hard, learn as much as I can, and apply it to all areas of my life. God bless you all.
