I have been provided with the expertise of many and have found what this program has to offer is different than any others I have used. This one makes sense! They help with food options and explain why to eat certain foods at specific times of the day! Amazing!

Gabe and Chad are great coaches at Committed Coaches!
Gabe and Chad Committed Coaches! I have had a great experience with Gabe and Chad. I have learned a lot from them and I appreciate their support and getting back my money. Unfortunately a lot of purchasers were made without my consent. Both Gabe and Chad got all my money back and I truly appreciate that they were able to help me out 100%. Unfortunately I am unable to continue membership at this time. I’m so very proud of Gabe and Chad. I made new friends and friends they’ll be forever. Easy plan to follow.
This is an easy plan to follow. Taking small steps toward my success, I don't feel overwhelmed. Meal plan advice and how to measure your portions is very easy, not complicated. I feel they matched my Coach perfectly with me; one that understands my challenges and struggles.

Dont do it alone. Be successful and feel better about who u are.
I've been successful with dropping extra pounds on this program and met many caring people who have done a lot for my success. This is the first time I have had any REAL help with this problem. I am coping with a small amt of depression and again these caring people have given me support. Life happens and I usually just wait it out, but now I can get support. I am so grateful. I have told many friends about my success.

With the help of my coach, I reversed Type 2 Diabetes (Without Meds)
With the help of my coach, I was able to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes in less than a year. I went from a 7.5A1C (March 2025), 3 months later, it was a 5.8. Now almost a year later I am comfortably at a 5.5 A1C (Jan 2026). The plan was simple; effective and the support was great!! I want to send a personal thank you to everyone at Committed Coaches that had helped me. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing help getting their health on track.

This is a great program
This is a great program! Easy to follow and lots of positive feedback. The coaches are with you every step of the way and answer any questions you have quickly and with doable answers.

Committed Coaches is an effective…
Committed Coaches is an effective unique way to motivate, inform, and establish best practices for living healthy. Experts share researched nutrition and exercise guidelines...but that is just the beginning. After two bariatric surgeries and trying every diet out there, I would consider myself an expert on trying to loose weight. This program along with my coach, Nathan, have introduced me to a way of living that just makes sense. The motivation and encouragement received has turned my thinking toward a positive structure...no longer beating myself up for slip ups. This is a plan I've adapted for the rest of my life.
