I improved my A1c from 8.5 to 6.4 and took one dose of my diabetes medication out of my day. I am able to exercise 6-7 days a week and have lost inches of abdominal fat that I couldn’t lose. I feel so much better now. The coaches have excellent, patient and knowledgeable.

My coach DJP has been an answer to my prayers literally! I have had 2 online coaches from different online programs and this is the first one I have been apart of that has been a perfect fit. I’m 61 and have been athletic most of my life. I have also had serious injuries in the process. At 50 I shattered my right wrist in a snowboarding accident and 4 years later broke my ankle during a mud run! I had to have plates and screws in both injuries and am limited in high impact training. During these injuries and recoveries I was being coached online. The thing I have learned through this program is that high impact is not a requirement! Form, concentration and consistency are just as beneficial if not more productive in everyday functional exercise and movement. Although I’ve only been in this program since December I feel like I have learned so much and don’t feel deprived but nourished. The Palm, fist thumb method has been a game changer for me and I’m not limited to the same boring menu each week! I have variety and choices as long as I stay with the palm, fist thumb method! DJ has been so helpful in answering an questions I have and gives me helpful ideas and advice on my meals. He responds and answers me quickly even being in different time zones! I read and watch whatever I can on the other coaches as well. I workout with coach Gaby, Greg and Meredith every chance I get on YouTube! I was there live when they reached over a million subscribers! Yeah! I can adapt the workouts without high impact and still get a great workout and I can see the difference in how I look and feel each day. I’m so grateful and blessed to have found Svelte online. I feel confident that this will be a life changing experience I will hang onto for as long as I live! It’s that life changing for me!

I always thought I knew the right food to eat. But I still didn’t loose weight. I tried every diet out there without any noticeable changes. I believe this will work this time as I never knew about the proper foods to eat in the right portion and right time to eat them. If nothing else, I have learned how to change how I eat to get and stay healthy.

It really helps to have someone coaching you on the next steps to your goal. I don’t always get to listen to the weekly meeting on Tuesday, but I’m grateful that she tapes her comments and recipes so I can get them later.
