I have never been involved in having a coach to keep me accountable and never thought I needed one. But I signed up not knowing what it would be like because I was desperate and sick of this problem dominating my life. I also made the decision to do this for a different reason...I had come to understand that I am made in God's image and that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and I am God's ambassador and I didn't want to make Him look bad. I want to be an example to my children and grandchildren and enjoy life with them. Back to the program...I am loving it. Alex is my coach and he has the most calming, smooth voice. From the start he has emphasized that this is simple so keep it simple. He started me out with a couple priorities and has built on that. I have had good success as long as I follow that and get things structured right. In addition, the Committed coaches site is easily accessible and we can listen to the other coaches and see all the resources available. I really can't say enough about how Alex and this program have made this all make sense without all the struggles and doubts. Again, love this program.

The coaches are great. Very knowledgeable about everything that I have asked. The program is very sustainable. You have great support anytime you need. I plan on continuing for a long time.

I have been working with a coach for a little over a week. I have participated in calls and communicated individually with my coach. I have found this program to be excellent. My coach listens and doesn't just give stock answers. I have various challenges that I am overcoming with the help of this program. For me it's not as much about losing the 20 pounds I'd like to lose but about improving metabolic health and longevity. I am enjoying the freedom this program gives me which is much better than the restrictions I held myself to. I'm glad I found this program and I am looking forward to meeting my goals.

I started this journey, not knowing what to expect at 66 years old. I have learned so much with this program. I now eat breakfast ( a first) and follow meal plans based on the protein, carbs and healthy fats. I no longer drink unsweetened tea after 2 pm( caffeine).I keep moving throughout the day. I am losing weight, but now I realize the bigger picture. I have more energy, never feel like I need to snack and I am so grateful to be healthy and able to be there to help my mom get to appointments, etc.She will be 94 in August and still lives in my childhood home and gets around . I plan to be like her. I am planning a week long trip with friends and looking forward to an upcoming talk dealing with vacations. I have so much to learn and can’t wait to keep making more healthy lifestyle changes!!!

It is really helpful to have some one to critique what I’m eating and give suggestions on ways to improve, also just to answer questions.

At 63 years old I had pretty much given up on ever being thinner and healthier again. One day while going through FB videos I came across the Svelte program and did the sign-in process. After a call with Christian for 1-on-1 sessions, I began, sticking with the process and lost 10 lb. So he had me go on a call with Kevin and I started on the committed coaching process With a few shakeups, I'm down 25 lb now and thought, that isn't much. Hubby took me to the grocery store and had me hold 25 lb of flour. It was then I realized how I really need to keep at this. Kevin has been great at giving me ideas, inspiring me to stay the ropes, giving me the coach meeting Saturday calls, etc I've printed all these calls and can go back to review anytime. I've bought a cookbook along the way and am looking forward to the next goal of picking up a 50-lb bag of dogfood to see how much I've lost. I've eaten chocolate, banana icecream, and even homemade pizza along this journey. A few times I went up a pound or 2, but kept sticking to this and feel like I can continue this lifetime journey. I have more pep to my step, less tears, love myself more, and hoping to inspire friends and family. Thank you Christian and Kevin for helping me make my life worth living again!

I’ve been working closely with Committed Coach Jackie for over a month now. She keeps me on target and has opened opportunities for me to learn more about nutrition than I ever expected. The program gave me the ability to learn from all the Coaches at my own speed and with all their experience I couldn’t help but improve my chances of success now and in my future. She’s the best!

I’ve learned about the optimal combinations of foods to consume together, as well as the importance of considering the proportions of different food groups (fist, palm, thumb). I’ve also discovered which foods are best suited for consumption at specific times of the day. Additionally, I’ve come to understand that intentional exercise yields better results than intense workouts. The coaching program equips you with valuable tools, resources, and thoughtful suggestions to help you develop new and healthier eating habits. Furthermore, it provides guidance on how to reframe daily situations and events, empowering you to achieve success.
