I participated in the 10 day trial and Coach Andrew was awesome! He knows the questions to ask and there was no judgment anywhere. I really appreciated the daily accountability and positive feedback back with constructive criticism. Thank you for helping me get back on track!

Easy parameters to follow
I was looking for a logical healthy diet using regular food and no need to be a mathematician to be sure you are doing it right. This diet is exactly that and I’m happy with my progress. I needed someone to be accountable to and that is met in a very constructive and positive way.

Coach experience
I have had a very successful and fulfilling journey so far in the committed coaches programme. My coach, Holly Lohmeyer is a fantastic coach! She is really approachable and truly cares. I'm impressed at her extensive knowledge about food and health related topics and the weekly coach calls are always inspirational and educational. I've learnt so much in the months that I've been following the programme with the close support of my coach. It is definitely something that I can see as sustainable and a part of my life now. I've reached my initial weight loss goal and feeling much healthier and have more energy. There is a wealth of information provided as part of the programme. Great recipes and meal plan ideas too. I appreciate the time, dedication and motivation that Holly has given to me as my coach.

If you think you are too busy, think again
The coaching is personal and very informative. The whole program is clear and science based. I love learning about how the body processes food more efficiently by encouraging growth of our good gut bacteria. Our gut loves fibrous food, protein, and healthy fat. You have a clear list to teach which foods fit each category. Great value!!!! I thought I was too busy to start this program; I was wrong. I love how great I feel!!!! Learn how to have your food work for you and not against you.

Coach Holly's has been fantastic
Coach Holly's has been fantastic! She's been so encouraging, honest and supportive! The daily and weekly "Check -In's" are brilliant 👏 It keeps you honest. Great value for money, excellent Eating and Fitness tips. There's never judgement, just straight forward recommendations, tweaking habits and encouragement! I've managed to lose a Stone so far. It's not a diet, but a new way of living! Commited to a Healthy lifestyle! She's so bubbly,positive and energetic!✨️ A real Superstar 💯 👏 👌

So much support to achieve your goals.
Honestly, it was a lot of money for me to find, but I haven't regretted a penny of it. My coach has been unbelievably supportive on this journey and the programme has improved my energy levels, helped me achieve weight loss with a detailed diet plan, improved my mindset, my fitness, reduced stress levels, improved my sleep patterns and helped me through any problems I have encountered. The support continues for a whole year with access to workshops with numerous coaches along with exercise classes to choose from to suit everyone. Thank you Committed Coaches, a wonderful organisation.

Caring Company
Jarryd was my coach. He noted details of my daily text report and put the pieces together to help my on the 10 day trial. I had been eating keto 6 days a week and then whatever came my way on the 7, and was also doing intermittent fasting. The program introduced eating carbs earlier in the day and that helped me to have a better balance. Thanks Jarryd for your help. The company offered the 10 day trial for a reasonable price which was great. They were positive and helpful and not high pressure. It came across to me that they were willing to help those that didn't have the big bucks as well as offering more for those that had the full program in their budget. They even offered a 6 week program option. Thanks for your good heart and understanding.

I worked with Coach Sandy
I worked with Coach Sandy. Very positive experience. She was very encouraging and offered helpful advice to guide me. Positive feedback for progress and suggestions to improve and make small steps forward. Great communication with daily emails and suggestions for improvement. I really enjoyed working with her and would recommend her as a coach.
