Working with Coach Andrea during the 10-Day EmpowerME Challenge was an incredibly positive experience. She was kind, compassionate, and supportive every step of the way. Coach Andrea helped me recognize the triggers and habits that were holding me back while also encouraging me by acknowledging the healthy choices I was already making. Her balanced approach made me feel motivated rather than judged. Although I chose not to enroll in the full program at this time, it was not because of my experience with Coach Andrea. Alexis was my coach. He had me write my daily schedule, meals, time, stresses, time, any GI happenings and time and report to him daily for a review of patterns. He reviewed and discovered a pattern that showed me what to look for and changes I could watch for especially how stress impacted my conditions. I added the Elimipure supplement to Emma supplements during this time and have seen some great improvement with these as well. This has been a very productive experience and I am now seeing a definite change in my GI problems for the better. Thank you Alexis for all your advise and help.
