My coaching experience was awesome, thanks to my personal coach Alexis! From day one he was right there with me, giving me encouragement through his non judgemental words, video experiences, phone chats and text messages. I was so skeptical when I was offered this 10 day opportunity, I just knew there was going to be a catch...but there wasn't. I've tried many programs to help me reach my weight/health goals. Some have helped others not so much but working with the Committed Coaches program even though it was brief was definitely worth the time and effort invested. Coach Alexis was cool, he just has a way of putting you at ease. He listens to your story and then he becomes a part of your journey all while maintaining his professionalism. Right now I'm unable to continue with the program for personal reasons, but I hope to return to the coaching program on a longer basis. But Coach Alexis didn't close the door, he and members of the CC team have made it so that I can return when the time is right. He also left me with tools I can still incorporate in my day to day life. I would HIGHLY recommend Committed Coaches, but even more Coach Alexis, Thank you for EVERYTHING. You've given me a little glimpse of what returning to ME feels like.

The Meta program is framework for strengthening and balancing health and wellbeing designed for women over 40. It is not instant (as the ads would perhaps suggest) but done with a well structured plan, and with the support of skilled and caring personal coaches. I spent 10 days online with Coach Alexis and benefited from every thought and feedback. Thanks, Alexis, for your caring.

The last ten days have awakened me to feeling the best I can, a reason to do what makes me alive. I love Coach Matt, he is very kind and gives the attention to the rights and wrongs of improving my health and well being! I would highly recommend him to be your coach, ask for him by name, Matt Morgan. I love doing the Tai Chi and will continue for the strength I need. Thank you again for all the help and great pointers!!!

I highly recommend Committed Coaches to everyone. I have spent my life on some kind of diet and my weight has continued to go up far easier than it came down. It’s the first time I have had support while dieting. I found that this was so much more than just a diet. It is starting a new way of eating and thinking about what you’re eating. I found this to be a life changing experience. I can’t praise my coach high enough. I received positive support throughout my time. When I had bad days he really helped me to focus on what positive changes I had made and not to dwell on a bad day of decisions. I have learned some great tips to help me stay on track in the future. My fitness has improved. My clothes are loose on me. My mental health has improved. I feel so much better about myself. I am really glad I chose this opportunity.

In just 7 weeks, I lost 11.2 pounds with the Committed Coaches program — during my initial recovery from laparoscopic surgery to repair multiple abdominal hernias, when simple walking was all I could manage for exercise. That loss came entirely from the program's easy-to-follow nutrition and hydration guidance and the new habits and lifestyle changes I learned around how and when to eat. Coach DJ and the entire coaching team are fully invested in my success every step of the way; and the community — people navigating many of the same challenges I am — has been incredibly uplifting to learn from and share with. I've tried countless unsustainable trendy diets, punishing workout regimens, and weight-loss gimmicks over the years; and none of them worked the way this program has. There are no extreme restrictions, no demand for daily hardcore workouts. Coach DJ actually listens — he meets me exactly where I am in my journey and sets achievable weekly goals that build toward the bigger, lifelong lifestyle changes I want to achieve. The group coaching calls (which I join by choice, not obligation) reinforce everything I've learned and teach me even more about overall health and wellbeing, both from the coaches and from the community itself. Now that I'm able to start doing some easy strength and low-impact cardio workouts, I'm looking forward to continued guidance from the coaches and partnering with them to figure out what works best for me as I work toward my short- and long-term goals.

My Coach, Charlie Mawson, is amazing! I'm one of those people who did not see a need for a coach - ever. But I decided to try the 10-day program and became hooked, not just on the program, but on communicating with Coach Charlie on a daily basis. He's so encouraging, in-tune with concerns, and full of practical advice. During these past several months, I've had plenty of challenges, and he was constantly available to help me navigate. He helped me realize that life is full of challenges, and it was actually a blessing to have a coach so no matter what life throws at me in the future, I know how to respond, not to give up, throw in the towel, but accept the circumstances, recognize that it's part of life, and keep moving forward. Although I haven't lost as much as I had hoped due to health issues, I know it is absolutely doable! This is a lifestyle based on eating real foods, with a balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. When you hit a wall, or go to a family party, or attend a social event, you become very intentional (no guilt) and then jump right back into the healthy eating pattern that you've established. Brilliant! Thanks Coach Charlie--- you have been invaluable!

Coach Matt! is more like a friend in his way of approaching his coaching methods. He is not "stiff, robotic, detached" like many instructors can tend to be. He doesn't approach you with the "bottom line" first. He listens to where you are mentally, physically, how you are feeling that moment. No judgement, no telling you what you are doing wrong. You are getting help from a friend, not someone who is trying to sell their product. His professionalism speaks for itself, in how it allows you to unfold, unwind without any pressure to be corrected. Your approach to your weight loss journey is very real. Perhaps not perfect or even correct, but it yours! Matt allows you to explore that with subtle suggestions to improve upon your current attempts that may not be working for you. If you step back and take a look from his point of view that simple little change might actually change a lot more. I highly recommend Matt as a coach in your journey, as he will change your life both personally and professionally. If you do not get assigned to him, I recommend that you request to get on his wait list. Someone this good is bound to be booked solid!

I have found Committed Coaches to really make a difference for me. I had never had a diet or fitness coach for weight loss before, but I had friends who did, and it seemed to help them a lot. Steveo Buchanan was my coach, and he was terrific. He gave great individualized suggestions as well as helpful tips to his group. I have several dietary restrictions and medical conditions but I always felt that the program was working for me, with Steveo’s encouragement. The program is a serious financial commitment, but I think it’s a good value. There are many videos and online handouts, always sent to my email as well. I felt that I was very involved in how my program was designed and I appreciated that. I highly recommend this program.
