I am in Australia. I believe this company had a pop up when I was looking at another product on Facebook. I honestly inadvertently thought I was signing up for a completely different product. A very large sum of money has been taken from me. I have had a couple of calls from them and was not informed they were taking this much money ($2705.21 Aust $ plus in transfer fee $94.68) They offer no way to cancel at all from this program just keep sending me emails I can’t reply to. I have not downloaded the app or used any services apart from receiving 2 brief phonecalls. Really stressed about this and just want a refund.

After I left the 1-star review about having a phone call prearranged at a specific time (with several reminders of the day & time) that never came, I got an email from the owner of the company offering 1 month of free coaching to offset my disappointment at the bad service & said that a coach would contact me asap, which they did. When they did, they were representing a totally different company, not the one I was supposedly getting coaching from??? Seriously, they don’t even know their clients or what they are contacting them for??? The owner then reached out to me, indicating that since I had been offered the 1 month of free coaching to request that I remove the initial 1-star review or amend it. Seriously!! Stay away from this company, they don’t have a clue what they’re doing!!

Do not let the sales reps convince you this is a good opportunity to get into the sales world if you’re trying to join the “team”. The person that calls you first after you buy a supplement is a great example of why people hate sales reps, and they are not health coaches and if you saw half of them in person you would laugh at what they are calling health coaches over the phone. they “prey” I mean call people with real issues and they seed fear and doubt in the person to get them to buy coaching and second party supplements like (Emma, aquasculpt, and other Konscious brand supplements ) … they don’t even treat the sales reps right that do work for them, if you don’t “perform” seeding enough fear and doubt through asking prying and invasive questioning. Only paying out the reps once a month with sketchy commission promises. no trust, no respect, no coaches. 0/5 if I could give this company.

I want to cancel my subscription and can't find a way to do it, Also would like to return supplements. No one said it was a keto diet. I thought I was getting a phone call last Wed. but didn't. Ijust don't think this is the program for me. Thank you. One of the supplements says Keto on it. I want to cancel the next eleven months of payments, please.

I had an appointment for a call today from one of the coaches at 12:00 pm. I received 3 text messages - at 11:30, 11:40, 11:50 - to be sure to be ready for the call at 12:00. It's 12:17 now and I have not received the call. Not very impressive for my first interaction. I can’t add mmore details because the coach assigned to call me never called me. Thanks, Linda

I signed up when I was not feeling well. After a week I asked the coach to cancel my plan and refund my money. I was given the run around. Every time I asked I was told we need to talk. It is now 4 weeks and I still want to cancel but no one will listen. Please cancel this.

Terrible company! They misrepresent what they are selling and what they do sell is recycled garbage that anyone can find for free online in minutes. Except they charge $1500 for supposed "one on one" coaching. It is not. It is basically an app where your "coach" sends you pre-packaged cheers for making it to the next day. "You got this!" It is primarily for dieting. I was sold a knee specialist program which never materialized. They are unresponsive and fraudulently charged me for a second payment without authorization. Stay away from them!!
