Working with Commit Action keeps me focused on tasks that I need to do each week to keep my business moving in the right direction. The annual planning that we do each year builds the big picture. Setting milestones for the next 90 days and the weekly calls helps break these big plans down into manageable chunks, so stuff really does get done!

I love Commit Action. I have been a paying member for 6 years now and take advantage of everything they offer. I first heard of Peter when he spoke at a conference I attended, and after watching several of his free webinars at the time and learning about who he was and what he did, I was convinced that he could help me with improving my abilities as a business owner. His advice and the CA program has been invaluable to me.

As analytical and ultra-organized as I would like to think I am, I run out of patience with taking all of that thinking and responsibility on alone and watching my creative nature evaporate. With my coach Taylor, I have a home base that I can land on every week to evaluate the hurricane of the last 7 days and set course for the next 7 to come. I could in theory use a bunch of alarms and notifications to guide me to my goals, but in practice, I just lose interest and respect for these machines/ robots and am genuinely bothered by the lack of emotion and real-world accountability and relatability that they possess. When there is another person attached to the plan that knows my story and is accountable to part of the forward journey with me, I feel like I simply get more done and stay the course, even when the chaos stands before me.

Having a "second brain" to support, distill, and keep you accountable on your most important tasks and objectives is worth its weight in gold!

CommitAction and Peter Shallard are the best support partners for the life of an entrepreneur! Thank goodness for the insights, the accountability and just knowing that there is a group that understands it all. The A-HA moments have been huge and helping me navigate the ever changing and lately even more challenging landscape for small business.

The #1 thing that makes Commit Action different than the rest is that the coaching is based on practical psychology rather than RAH RAH motivational content, that will only get you started, but won't keep you going! The coaching brings awareness to the root of the issues everyone (not only entrepreneurs) faces in their psychology. Overall their coaching makes you a better human, with the capabilities of becoming a successful entrepreneur. The sessions are efficient, to the point and not intrusive on an entrepreneur's already packed schedule. Glad I ran across Commit Action and was assigned Nick as my coach!

I recently got back from a vacation and did not open my laptop for 5 days. This hasn't happened... since laptops were invented. I spoke with my accountability coach this morning and told her it was because I have a structure in place and documented milestones that I felt comfortable that my businesses/world were not going to collapse for the first time ever. I have my fingers in a lot of pies and Commit Action helps me bubble up what's most important and sometimes the most confronting and do it. To me it is a more than fair price to pay for results and peace of mind.
