CommencelReviews of commencel.com

No stars same experience as a lot of other posts, no tracking endless email’s saying will be updated and with you shortly, opened a case with PayPal, finally inferior bras arrived guess will be stuck with them 🤬 Why is it that you can’t see who your payment is going to until you click pay then get transferred to some different site entirely, you can’t look up seller until it’s too late

Again no stars possible! Steer clear of this company sent product that was no way the size I ordered asked to send it back for a refund they refused, saying it would cost me too much! Then had 17 emails with the “owner” he constantly argued with me, told me to give it to someone I know! Refused any compensation after a horrendous battle I got a whole £5 back and an item I can’t use! Steer well clear I will also be sending the emails to trading standards too! Awful company!!

Bought a bra that was being promoted, it took many months to arrive. When it did arrive it was nothing like the bra I ordered and not even close to the size. Complete con! I have tried emailing them for a refund…. No response 😡

Waited over 6 weeks for delivery, sent lots of emails was fobbed off, tried to cancel but they kept saying it would be with me shortly, had in the meantime got a refund via PayPal, who have now asked for the money to be paid back as I later actually received order!!!! which does not fit me.Trying to return to ‘company’ but again getting the runaround. Abysmal service, please be warned don’t order from this place

Basically the same as others - they are con artists Ordered set of bras 6 weeks ago Tracking is a work of fiction Customer service is BOT impossible to link with a person Even if they do show up lm not holding out much hope on quality Lesson learned 🤦‍♀️

Wish I’d read these recent reviews before I parted with money they are all saying the same . It’s taken over 4 weeks for one item to arrive. When I tried to enquire the link sent was an expired page. Size is ridiculously too small never seen a D cup never mind a G

I ordered a set of 3 bra's on 16th June, I still have not received them despite tracking saying they were in transit in the UK from Birmingham on 14th July. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company, but they direct you to a link that is only answered by a BOT. I'm now going to try to get a refund from PayPal. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

As others have said, sizing and quality is poorer than poor! Took almost 8 weeks to arrive too. Asked for refund and offered £3.50!!! Told it would cost a fortune for me to send back so easier to keep it, maybe as a mouse hammock lol as it is nothing like an F cup!! Do not buy they are crooks and the bras are dreadful!
