Terrible. Screwed up an order, didn't respond to any of my emails. Forced to dispute with Paypal. Down the road, I gave them another chance, and they stiffed me on an order and never sent it or responded. Buyer Beware.

Word of warning - Avoid theses thieves!!! This company ripped me off for $270. I placed an order in April 2026....it's now September 2026 and despite emailing them (which were ignored), I have received nothing and have been ignored. There are a lot of great comic book sellers out there, but this ain't one of them, so please take my friendly advice and purchase elsewhere.

I placed an order on April 8th for a combined price of six books for a monetary total of $95. I anticipated a confirmation number and tracking number for the order. Both were not provided in a timely manner. I then reached out April 18th, again with no response. I then received an email May 5th, confirming cancellation of my order. It took almost a whole month to tell me that my order was canceled, unbelievable, right then and there my intuitions and my friends advice confirmed the historical conversations in terms of bad customer service. I gave it some time again anticipating my refund after this email that my order was canceled, no email was sent, so I reached out to PayPal to support obtaining my refund. PayPal they showed me that they what do their best with accessing the refund communicating in my behalf. I received an automated email from PayPal informing me that my refund has been made, or better yet in process and should be receiving it. I then received an email on May 14th saying that the retailer was taking longer than usual to refund the monetary cost of my cancellation. I then at the time of this post datef May 16th reached out again to the retailer requesting my full refund or will be informed by my banking institution concerning the monetary cost. I will then now contact PayPal again and support to receive the full refund. Don't do business with this retailer for all you people in the comic community. Their customer service is bad as is there accountability and responsibility with integrity to do things right either it processing books they have on their site available or refunding cancellations in a timely manner. This whole experience has proven to me that they have no concern for the customer.

WISH I READ THESE BEFORE ORDERING…PLACED ORDER APRIL 26Th NO ITEMS NO COMMUNICATION TOTAL SCAM HAVE A CLAIM OPEN THROUGH PAYPAL HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET MY FUNDS BACK. CROOKS

Total frauds... made an order over 1000 USD and never got anything. Since it was a pre order couldn´t do a chargeback either. Stay away from this Scammers!

Did not ship my order. Ordered from the black Friday deal. Will never support them again.

No responses for a month about order status... then when threatened with theft of goods and services, they refunded immediately within 10 mins. So there is someone seeing the emails, just doesn't respond. Good luck if you order from here..

Ordered a book over 3 years ago and it never shipped. They charged my card and I have called and emailed and they never email me back.
