Doesn't pay out winners. Just sends a really vague email closing their account for no specific reason. Curacao does not have a serious regulator to complain to. It's just reputation and most of the positive reviews are fake or people who never tried to withdraw a few thousand+

Customer service is non existent. Chat doesn’t work and listed phone number is always busy. Email works sometimes and slow. Better communication needs to be updated for customers who are spending money to play. We deserve better.

I was actually doing really well on this casino. I got my winnings up to $1000. To withdraw, they want every piece of identity to be able to easily steal it. That made me very uncomfortable. But it was $1000. No withdraw limit. We'll it took 3 weeks of them needing more proof or better pics or not that format. I ran through that money waiting but kept playing there because I was almost approved. Well I get my earnings back up to 800 After a few more deposits. And finally get the go ahead to withdraw. I put in for 600. Another 2 weeks I receive $300. And 300 put back into my account. I wrote an email about the other 300. Decide to play some of the 300 didn't hit one win. Gone. Now they won't give me any bonus. I have 2000 comp points I can't cash and I can't even push chat the button anymore. Totally cut off. Craziness. They enabled me back saying they were protecting themselves or some crap like that. Not honest. Won't pay you what you win. Thieves

ACCEPTING UK PLAYERS - when they absolutely shouldn't be!! Rogue, scam RTG casino. I signed up here - stupidly without reading the t&c's, as I'd signed up to other UK accepting RTG casinos before, plus the UK is listed in the drop down country selection menu on registration, also I was accepted straight away. Anyway, I did eventually read the t&c's, questioned them about it in chat, next thing I know, within around 5mins, I received a phone call from their support, reassuring & PROMISED me all was good & that I can deposit straight away, take their bonuses etc...I didn't. I didn't trust them. They emailed me a code for a free 75 chip. I redeemed it, won, wagered it off, then sending relevant doc's - they decided not to pay as apparently I'd bet over $5. Whatever. Just plain dishonest, why not just admit that I'm from an invalid country & have done with it? Probably hoping & wanting me fully deposit, no chance. Ever.
