The frame was great, but the chain link was extremely weak and cheap. It would not unroll and kept cutting us. We ended up buying acceptable chain link somewhere else.

Update: Comhoma was able to make amends for the damaged garden beds by sending me a replacement set. This was a very satisfactory and unexpected outcome. Thanks you Comhoma for doing the right thing and fulfilling my order with replacement garden beds. They are great garden beds. I am still working with the insurance provider to replace, reimburse, or repair the damaged garden beds I purchased. This has not been a good experince.

I was concerned about the thickness of the product, but once we got the boxes open and put our hands on it, we were very happy. It was very easy to put together also.

Missing half of the hardware needed. I sent a request to send the missing hardware. No response.

Very fast shipping, easy setup, great/comfortable chair.

I liked how easy it was to put together. The great directions made it easy. However, three or four of the bolts in the chair seat were unable to tighten. Two nuts are in one of the armrests, which makes it unstable. I think this product is overpriced for what you get, and I got it for $100. off the retail price.

good customer service

Lack of locking capability for the headrest
